I am 60 year old lady who used to suffer from Type 2 Diabetes and Hypertension. I felt and looked much older & I always felt tired and sick.
In May 2024, when I was introduced to Dr Illona E Wilken, I was desperate because my blood sugar and blood pressure were uncontrollable, often causing me to fall into a coma. Fasting blood sugar was always high, between 16 - 25 mmols. Let me add, this was whilst I was on several Diabetes drugs prescribed by my Endocrinologist and I was eating precisely what the PhD qualified Diabetes Dietician, recommended by the doctor, prescribed.
Five months into Dr Illona's diet (completely different to the Diabetic Dietician's diet), and being diligent in taking the protocol prescribed by Dr Illona, I recorded fasting blood sugars ranging from 7 to 9 mmols, and 6 to 8 mmols 2 hours after a meal. I was ecstatic!
Today (14 Dec 2024), I am here to share yet improved readings with you. My fasting sugars range between 6 and 6.3 mmols, and around 3.5 before meals. My blood sugar 2 hours after meals are never higher than 5.7mmols. It's important to add that I have not taken one prescribed or OTC Diabetic drug! since May 2024!!
I take no Hypertension drugs, I strictly eat Dr Illona's diet and take the protocol she prescribed. My super high blood pressure are no down and averaging between the ranges of 129/74 and 131/80. Take note, this is WITHOUT ANY hypertension drugs. Since I don't take the prescribed drugs for high blood pressure any longer, but strictly follow Dr Illona's protocols and diet, my blood pressure normalised.
I've never felt this great in many, many years.
I am full of energy, I sleep well. Moreover I am happy, I no longer experience mood swings.

My daughter suffers from a rare case of Lupus which causes severe pain in all her joints & muscles.
She has lupus in her blood and it’s affecting all her main organs: her brain, heart, & kidneys.
She's also had really bad insomnia.., loss of weight, dark circles, dark skin.
She’s been on 25 tabs per day, morning n evening….
She’s been on chemotherapy as well. We have changed her treatment three times because it was just not helping or agreeing with her.
For the past 2 years, her infection levels been 1700 /1800, it never dropped on any treatment or with no medication.
He pain was excruciating. It got worst, day by day. She was actually giving up on life and wanted to die 💔

It's now 6 weeks only since we met Dr Illona. My daughter is sleeping better, she’s glowing instead of being pale with dark circles, she’s eating better and finally, her pains are less.
As a mother I can't explain my emotions when I heard that after 2 years of excruciating pain and agony: “Mummy my pains are less. I'm feeling so much better I'd like to go back to school, please.”
We were quite sceptical about this protocol at first - nothing worked before!
Before we met Dr Illona, she decided to stop chemotherapy and all drugs because it made her so terribly sick and it as not working, even in the slightest.
When she has a bit of anxiety & Stress because of exams, she'll have a bit of a flare-up.
The above testimony was written 2 months after we met Dr Illona and we started on her protocols.
Twenty months later, we went to the last Endocrinologist to have scans, blood tests, etc., done. He declared my daughter a miracle case that recovered at least 75%. He was amazed, because he said, in her case, there is no case study of remission or recovery.
I am so grateful as a mother to have my child back.
My son was diagnosed on the ASD spectrum at age 9 and has been on anti-anxiety medication ever since.
In 2023 after 7 years on these medication, a friend introduced us to Dr Illona E Wilken and evidence-based protocols.
I decided to gradually taper his anxiety medication down to the point where he only uses Dr Illona's protocol.
It’s been over a year now and he is doing extremely well. I am so proud of him. Besides obtaining top 5 in his grade for the first time, he is also emotionally in a really good place.
